Burnaby's Christine Sinclair, named winner of the 2012 Lou Marsh Award as Canada's outstanding athlete, has starred for the last decade-plus in women's soccer around the world. This year, though, was her most memorable on the pitch, from heart-breaking defeat to a podium finish at the Summer Olympic Games in London.
