Beloved former Vancouver Canucks' coach, player and general manager and Vancouver Giants co-owner Pat Quinn has died at Vancouver General Hospital Sunday night after a lengthy illness.

Pat Quinn coached Canada to a gold medal at the Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games in 2002. He has died at the age of 71, having endured coaching reigns in Toronto, Vancouver and Philadelphia.
