With the NHL lockout continuing, Vancouver Canucks defenseman Kevin Bieksa has turned his attention to a more charitable endeavor. Here’s his Bieksa Buddies roster for Wednesday's game at the Doug Mitchell Sports Centre at the University of British Columbia against the UBC Thunderbirds. Net proceeds from the 7 p.m. game will benefit Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, Canucks Autism Network, and the Canucks Family Education Centre. These players, including several from teams other than the Canucks, are slated to play in the game.
