Lots of hollering for Weise in the locker room after the game. The players especially got a kick out of it when Weise approached the scrum, preening with his hands behind his back.

“Just like Cody Hodgson,” one player said.

BEST ENDING

Weise was asked: “I guess the last game you scored one was in Holland?”

Weise got quiet. “Ya, ya, got a couple there.”

Scrum over.

Who was holding the large catfish for half the game which got thrown onto the ice?

Without Bieksa, it will be Andrew Alberts in the lineup Sunday.

Yes, Zack Kassian is struggling. But having played on the fourth line on his off-wing is not helping.

At least Bieksa’s injury got Jason Garrison back on the power play.
