VANCOUVER — The 7-11 B.C. Lions at least have it over the 14-4 Edmonton Eskimos in one respect: one more divisional all-star.

The Canadian Football League announced its East and West Division all-star teams on Tuesday, with the third-place Leos garnering eight selections to the West squad: running back Andrew Harris, linebacker Adam Bighill, defensive back Ryan Phillips, receiver Emmanuel Arceneaux, offensive tackle Jovan Olafioye, special teams player Bo Lokombo, defensive tackle Mic'heal Brooks and punter Richie Leone.

The Eskimos, who finished first overall in the CFL and will host the winner of next Sunday’s Calgary Stampeders-Lions game in the West final, had seven selections.

The Lions tied with the Stamps for most West team selections at eight. In the CFL East, the division-winning Ottawa Redblacks led all teams with nine selections, followed by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at eight selections.

The teams with the fewest selections were the 5-13 Winnipeg Blue Bombers and 3-15 Saskatchewan Roughriders, with two picks each.
