A B.C. Supreme Court Judge has granted camper and protesters at Oppenheimer Park a one-week stay of an injunction sought by the City of Vancouver. On Tuesday Judge Jennifer Duncan agreed with lawyers for the campers that the city had not given them enough time to mount a defence of the injunction application. She gave them until Monday to prepare their case.
