Red Fisher
The Gazette
Red Fisher started covering the Montreal Canadiens for The Montreal Star in the 1955-56 season, during which the team won the first of a record five consecutive Stanley Cups. He joined The Gazette in October 1979 and has covered the team for 17 of their 24 Cups. Fisher has won two National Newspaper Awards and has been nominated for two others.
